Care and Sharpening
- Wipe the blade after any wet use to prevent corrosion.
- Periodically oil the pivot with a fine cutlery oil (one drop).
- Sharpen with a fine ceramic stone (grit 1000/3000) or a guided system — recommended angle ~20° per side.
- All Black variant: sharpening removes the black coating on the cutting edge itself (normal behavior) — creating a fine silver line that testifies to the sharpening. No performance impact.
